THE MANDATE

The mandate of Jesus Christ when He was on earth was – “…to save that which was lost. God anointed Him for this purpose too: “How God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Ghost and with power: who went about doing good, and healing all that were oppressed of the devil; for God was with him.” Acts 10:38. “The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he hath anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor; he hath sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised, To preach the acceptable year of the Lord.” Luke 4:18-19.
When Jesus completed His assignment on earth, He passed on the mandate to His immediate disciples and to those who would later become disciples saying “…All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.” Our ministry is that of unflinching commitment to the mandate of Christ. In specific terms, we have the mandate to:

  • Proclaim salvation from sin and deliverance from all forms of satanic bondages
  •  Rekindle the fire of revival among the youths, the college campuses, the professionals and all groups of people all over the world;
  • Raise and equip disciples for Christ among all categories of people in order to take out a people for His (the Lord’s) name;
  • Proclaim Biblical Truths that liberate men from end-time errors;
  • Develop leaders after God’s own heart; and
  • Raise mission-minded believers to fulfil the mandate of Christ
