Jesus Mandate started with the campus ministry arm known as Campuslightafrica Mission (CLAM). CLAM was birthed 18 years after God gave the vision and was officially launched in January 2021 beginning at the University of Lagos. Due to the need to make impact beyond the campus community, the ministry was restructured with Jesus Mandate World Mission as the umbrella name, and registered with effect from November 2022. The ministry now operates through five major expressions and has presence among the teenagers, campus students, young adults and professionals and other people groups.
